This property, insured by Allianz Insurance, had sustained extensive water damage. The owner of the property came home from a four-week holiday to find his entire property flooded.
After our site assessment, we contacted our sister company Restofix Services, which immediately started the preparations for the necessary work. During this process all timber floors, cabinets, carpets and plaster from the walls were removed to allow the drying of all affected areas before commencing the restorations.
When the property was completely dry and restored, our major-loss department moved quickly to schedule the repairs. Once all was completed, the property’s salvageable contents were taken from our secured onsite warehouse and placed back in the newly-repaired property.
All work was carried out by our team of professional and in-house tradespeople and, together with our own sub-contractors, the property was brought back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.
The 10–week process ran as smoothly and as quickly as we anticipated. Restofix Services, WAIB and the client were completely satisfied with the entire process.
